Black Mountains Preserves made in Wales
Nestled in the breathtaking Brecon Beacons National Park, every jar of Black Mountains Preserves is handmade in tiny batches of no more than 15. Using the traditional open-pan method, Helen captures the pure, natural essence of each fruit — creating artisan preserves that are as vibrant and flavourful as the Welsh landscape that inspires them. 🌿
