So as well as collecting your favourite jar of Black Mountains Preserves directly from Helen you could extend your visit into a sleepover in the beautiful Brecon Beacons National Park, facing Mynydd Troed and the Black Mountains.

Sobremesa Drinks, Talgarth
SOBREMESA Drinks creates terroir-driven farmhouse beers and natural ciders as well as growing organic soft fruits in Hay-on-Wye to flavour the drinks. The whole project is based on a circular economy model: growing the fruit, using it within the drinks, and then turning the sub-product into something delicious and closing the loop. At the heart of the premises is the Tap Room & Bottle Shop where the produce as fresh as it comes. Alongside drinks, Black Mountains Preserves are offered on their deli counter with local cheeses and charcuterie.
St Mary’s Bakery, Brecon
Supplying good hearty local Welsh produce to the people of Brecon and local businesses for over 100 years. The freshly cooked bread is baked in an oven which is fired by wood chippings, the only premises to use this method in the UK.
