Sizzling Sausage Supper

Quick & Easy Sausage Supper

Use our Triple Gold Award Winning Moroccan Marmalade as a glaze with your favourite sausages to create a really tasty simple supper

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Cooking time: 25-35 minutes

Serves: 2

Ingredients

  • 4 x Butchers Sausage (we choose Lamb & Mint)

  • 1 x Jar of Black Mountains Preserves Moroccan Marmalade

  • 1 x Chopped Apple

  • Banana Shallots

  • Drizzle (1 - 2tbsp) of rapeseed oil

  • Salt & Pepper to season

Method

  1. Half the banana shallots and place cut side down onto your baking tray.

  2. Chop your apple of choice and scatter onto the baking tray

  3. Drizzle the rapeseed oil

  4. Place your sausage within the cut shallots and apples

  5. Spoon over 2-3 x tablespoons of Black Mountains Preserves Moroccan Marmalade

  6. Season with Salt & Pepper

  7. Roast in the pre-heated oven,160 for 25-35 mins dependent on the size of your sausages. Bast with any cooking juices half-way through cooking

  8. Serve with your favourite sides. To keep this supper as simple as possible we choose new potatoes and steamed sugar snap peas. Quick easy sides to cook while the sausages are in the oven
