🍺 Welsh Ale Chutney
Rich and fruity with a luxurious twist. Bursting with apricots, apples, and carrots, this chutney is the perfect accompaniment to a cheese board or a hearty sandwich. Made using Antur Brew Co.’s Alt Ale, brewed just 3 miles from our kitchen in the Brecon Beacons, this local ruby ale adds depth and character – a true “taste of place.”
🍋 Welsh Lemon Gin Marmalade (Award-Winning)
Zesty, tart, and bursting with citrus. A soft-set marmalade featuring the refreshing zing of Black Mountains Botanicals Lemon Gin – with a double hit of lemon and a whisper of juniper. A global award-winner and Bronze Medalist at the World Marmalade Awards.
🍃 Welsh Rum & Black Extra Jam (Great Taste Award Winner)
A deep, glossy, intensely fruity jam made using handpicked blackcurrants and the subtle warmth of Dà Mhìle Distillery’s Dark Skies Rum. Judges of the 2024 Great Taste Awards described it as: “A beautiful jam… tartness and sweetness beautifully balanced, generous blackcurrants that burst in the mouth.”
🥃 Welsh Whisky Marmalade (Award-Winning)
A bold and tangy St. Clements-style marmalade with equal parts orange and lemon, made using the whole fruit for maximum flavour. Enhanced with a good splash of Penderyn Single Malt Whisky – perfect on toast or crumpets for a luxurious breakfast. A global award-winner and Silver Medalist at the World Marmalade Awards.
